QUALITY
Our company’s goal has always been to provide the highest quality pool possible to fit within a customer’s budget. Compromising on quality or ease of maintenance is never an option. That's why Swimcraft Pools includes the following items as standard features on all their pools:

• Brick paver decks
• Upgraded interior plaster finish
• LED Color Light
• Pentair cartridge filter - High efficiency filters keep your pool cleaner, require less frequent cleaning, and use less electricity. Smaller filters make the pump work harder, use more electricity, and suffer more wear and tear. 
• Efficient pool plumbing - Pool piping can comprise 20% of total electricity use.
• Smaller pipe is cheaper for the builder, but will cost you more in the long run.  Where most builders will run 1 1/2 inch plumbing, we use a minimum 2’’ corrosion resistant Schedule 40 PVC pipes.
  

The following adds to the quality of our pool construction process:

• You will have access during regular business hours to our high-caliber customer support team to answer questions that may arise during the building process.
• You will receive regular email updates of your construction status and upcoming activities.
• The entire construction process is customized and monitored using a sophisticated scheduling system for optimum control and efficiency.
• All drawings and paperwork will be submitted to your Architectural Review Board if needed. Review fees are included in the price of the pool. Any deposits required are the customer’s responsibility.
• All county permits that are required will be obtained and is included in the cost.
• After your pool is filled, Swimcraft Pools will start up your pool, balance your chemicals and provide a detailed orientation of your new pool. This “pool school” includes everything you need to know about your pool’s operations of all equipment and accessories as well as training in pool chemistry.

BEAUTY AND DESIGN
You will be working with a Professional Design Consultant. This will include an in-home visit to determine your design wishes, a realistic 3D drawing presentation in our office during which time you can view options and designs for your new pool. A precise, scaled drawing and a customized 3D DVD of your pool can then be created for your approval. You will have access to our state-of-the-art showroom and design center with the largest pool tile and paver selections in Northeast Florida.

Your pool construction will be monitored by our seasoned construction management and quality inspection team which has over 125 combined years of pool construction experience.
